Older Gays

Despite all the immages portrayed in the Gay press that all gays are nothing but young, cute and trendy disco divas, there is an ever growing population of 'older gays.'
Despite age being the bringer of great knowledge, it can also be the bringer of great responcibility to those around them.
The   Alzheimers Society recognises this need, and offers support and advice  to their loved ones and carers; their website has a link dedicted towards older gays and their needs.
To find links pertaining to 'gays and gay issues', visit   www.alzheimers.org.uk then enter gay into their search, click enter, and that should take you to their enteries on gay issues.

 Pride in Canterbury

Not a social group   in the manner of Canterbury Area Gay Mens Group, 'Pride in Canterbury' aims to raise the awareness of the LGBT community in east Kent throughout the year. We issue a regular email newsletter, organise talks and other events and aim to encourage other local organisations to recognise the LGBT community. We are pleased to list any LGBT events or organisations on our site.
